个人简介
经贸系系主任，副教授，经济学博士，硕士导师，“旗山”学者，电气工程师，注册咨询工程师。长期从事能源经济、环境经济、电力经济学等研究。以服务于我国能源市场和电力市场发展为目标，长期与电力公司、发改委密切合作。参与省政府工作报告起草（2023,2024）。《energies》、《经济与管理研究》等期刊外审专家。
